〜〜 rurutia's liner notes 〜〜

ページをめくるほどに、もう一つの世界が覗ける。
じっと見つめるほどに、遥かな創造に胸が高鳴る。
においと風景。悲しみと慈しみ。争いと祈り。生と死。
言葉と色彩で表される、パラレルワールド。

そんな物語のような詩を歌いたいと思いました。
そんな宗教画のような歌を描きたいと思いました。

私は今、この世界を生きています。
けれど、記された他の誰かの出来事は、どこか自分と繋がっているように感じ、
荘厳で緻密な描写は、豊かな想像や精神世界を伝えてくれる。

そして私は思ったのです。
私の生きている今の全て、この現実の世界の全てを、
あるがままに受け止め、音楽として表したい。

まるで物語のような詩を。
まるで宗教画のような歌を。

私はそう思ったのです。

With each turn of the page, another world can be glimpsed.
The more I gaze on it, my heart beats fast with the distant creation.
Scents and scenery. Sorrow and affection. Conflicts and prayer. Life and death.
Expressed with words and colours - parallel worlds.

I felt I wanted to sing poetry like those stories.
I felt I wanted to draw songs like those religious paintings.

Right now, I live in this world.
Even so, I feel like I'm connected somewhere, to the creations engraved by others;
and depictions so sublime and intricate, imaginations and psychological worlds so abundant, are conveyed to me.

And so, this is what I thought.
Everything about the time I live in, the reality of this world,
I would receive it all as it was, and represent it with music.

Poetry like a story.
Songs like a religious painting.

That was what I thought.
